To mobilize resources (Human, Material, Technological, Financial, Capital, Culture and environment) to facilitate the function of the Foundation.

To promote physical, mental health and healthy living within social development programmes using Bio-Psychosocial approach.

To provide counselling to young pregnant women and half way house where necessary.

To promote Conflict transformation and Peace building to enhance physical and social well-being of individuals, families, communities and organizations.

To promote the participation of women and youth in medium, informal and small scale business sectors through entrepreneurship.

To develop relevant training programmes to achieve the objectives of the Foundation including training of NGOs.

To develop community capacity through continuous learning, life-long skills, family and community values for responsible leadership.

To provide information on career guidance, assist with sourcing scholarships, mentorship, coaching and job opportunities.

To conduct relevant research, policy dialogue, publications and develop an information base according to our culture and diversity.

Advocating and lobbying on issues relating to our vision and mission to influence and impact on policy issues (formulation and practice).

To promote strong collaborative networking partnerships with stakeholders who share the same vision locally, regionally and internationally in matters designed to further the welfare, livelihoods and food security of vulnerable groups.

To implement, monitor and evaluate the programme of action at specified times.
